We all agree that our next release is long overdue. Good news: up next is an EP by the infamous Bill & Ben duo from the UK. Having released heavy material under various monikers, the two are a dreamteam for our 003. We selected four rare cuts that match the Rota Bene vibe most and restored them from DATS for you. Our third release ranges from punchy dancefloor-orientated stuff, to music simply for the mind.

Spin desire is back after a little hiatus with its third outing, still on a quest to put out quality music from artists that are flying under the radar. This time with something a bit deeper than the first two releases, from UK-born and Berlin-based artist : Mculo An artist we were lucky enough to meet a few years ago, capable of producing almost any type of music for any time of night (or day) For this release he crafted a beautiful 4 trackers ranging from peak time house, UK infused breaks, to deep and hazy after hours house and closing it with a downtempo beauty. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The music coming from Vrsion & Nikol’s collaboration captured our attention from the very first listen. With this tenth O.C.D release, we strive to showcase timeless music that we feel will be appreciated as much now as well into the future. Together they are ‘Body Copy’, a collaborative project between two artists which blossomed in Leeds. Gavin Herlihy (Vrsion), a name that won’t be new to those who were around the early 2000s when he was releasing his music with the most interesting labels of the time and lately on Craig Richard’s The Nothing Special label. Chris Nicholls (Nikol), resident of the Leeds-Barcelona project MASS has taken steps into his production career with promising results on their first record. For us, this EP has a very special flavour, expressing darker tones compared to the latest EPs on the label.

The first release of "CIRCULO CERRADO" comes from one of label owners Aniano, from Canary Islands. He offers us a solid work of 4 tracks that navigates between house and UK tech with a touch of sophistication from the sounds of one of his influential producersMorgan Geist. A mixture of ranges and textures, with added mystery and dark passages characterizes these productions from young artist Aniano.

This release is a mixture of various styles of Electro ranging from future B boy music with a nod to the past and Futuristic idm tinged sounds. I never try to stay in one groove or sound, but more to make the electro sound evolve organically.
