All our orders are shipped with tracking from our offices in Paris.

We are offering two different options with different price range:

#1 Post with tracking for orders under 2Kg

Approximate delivery times:

Up to 7 days within EU

Up to 10 days to the UK

10 to 20 days for worldwide

#2 UPS / DHL or TNT for all orders

Within EU we use DHL Economy select or UPS

Approximate delivery times: 3-4 days

Outside EU we use TNT Economy express

Approximate delivery times: 4-5 days

Tracking link will be sent for each order.

Pick-up possible in Paris 19.

Please note: if your order includes pre-orders, it will be shipped when all products are available.

IMPORTANT:

If an order is marked as delivered to the correct address by the carrier, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

In this case, the recipient must file a claim directly with the postal service or delivery company to investigate the issue.

We remain available to provide any necessary information (tracking number, proof of shipment, etc.) to assist with this process.
