Griffé launches another starship into the endless expanses of music space — EP of young Lviv producer AC130, who has already confidently declared himself on the international scene with a successful release on EYA Records’ sister label — Lonewolf. The start of the new research expedition is planned on January 21st, but the destination is unknown, as clearly stated in the title. But we can be sure, all four tracks fulfill the mission entrusted to them with dignity. Purring acids, spacey synths in tandem with rhythmic breakbeats and electro patterns followed by convincing tech-house arrays — the musical palette of the record is varied, captivating, and is guaranteed to pique the interest of the audience and positively drive the dancefloors crazy. Ready to launch!
London-based producer, DJ, and promoter Saoirse announces the launch of her own imprint TRUST with her highly anticipated debut solo release.TRUST 001 is a 4 track EP written by Saoirse with the concept to showcase what you can typically expect from her as a DJ - jumping through an array of dancefloor moments, a track for each common dancefloor feeling.TRUST is one of the key foundations of safety, within yourself and with others. Vital for good health and happiness. The inception of TRUST records was finally being able to trust in one's own ability. Trust in music made for dancefloors. Trust in its simplicity yet importance. This label founded by Saoirse will be asking those who she trusts, herself, her friends and her most loved producers to join the label as collaborators and solo artists.
Listen Festival presents their very first compilation album. This 12-header unites all Belgium-based producers. Much like the festival, the album unites a wide spectrum of electronic music on a double gate-folded release. This way it sketches a profile of the diversity that characterizes The Brussels’ electronic music scene and makes it flourish.
Three slices of unashamedly old skool (two) stepping action from the Above Sound label and TwoStep2 aka DJ Relay and Jo Public, that'll transport you back to the Sunday scene and UKG's earliest days. On this EP's lead track 'Give Me Some Of That' the duo perfectly catch that intersection between rave elements - the wispy, eerie synths and pitch shifted vocals - and the sophisticated shuffle of American garage. 'Drop The Bass (2022 Remaster)' leans slightly more towards the hardcore flavour, its choppier beats more evocative of the inspired syncopations of breakstep, while 'What's Gonna Happen' is the trippiest and most optimistic sounding of the three while still packing plenty of rhythmic punch.
The Swedish/Dutch label De Vloer is back with its signature sound of floor focused dub, produced by the label owners themselves.
From da Split III, is composed of House, minimal and downtempo tracks. An EP of 3 tracks / side, with Noiro & Alyhas on A side and JL. on B side. The idea of these mini EP is to "increase" the music through the genres and the bpm in order to make the public travel in the universe of the artists.
