This first EP is inspired by earlier prodcutions adding in the mix today’s codes and references.Listening to the EP, one can hear samples and Lo-Fi works as well as the sound of mythical machines like the TR909 and TB303.For this first realease, we have been eager to put the spotlight on artists we strongly believe in, who are rising talentsof the French House music scene: Madcat, who is often featured on the Pont Neuf label, and Deborah Aime La Bagarrewho is close to the Parisian crew Vryche House.The artists and founding members Basile de Suresnes and Ten Fingerz complete the roster.

Each track is thoughtfully paired with a complimenting remix on the B side, preserving and echoing the ethereal essence while adding a personally inspired touch, nurturing fresh existence and perspective.Three otherworldly originals harmoniously colluding with an intercontinental all-star cast of remixers. xphresh (special guest DJ & Ben Bondy), Low Flung and Nice Girl – each respectfully contributing to the synonymous mutual (& virtual) affiliation, kindredship and vision entrenched in the UwU ethos.The synergy throughout this entire release reveals an unspoken affinity and divine love language between the label and artists that can translate to how we feel and absorb music, its sound and a subconscious sense of intimacy and connection.

Chat Noir Rec. Is the official imprint of Chat Noir Distribution and will be dedicated to all shades of house music. Our debut EP is a various artists featuring young and promising french producers we want to highlight. On the A side Jeff The Fool & Wilt present « All I Need » a strong piece of deep-house tailored for the dancefloor. Botwin is up next with « Agostic ». The corsican duo Solär Sound Sytem opens the B side with B16P15. With his track « Blind Resistance », NairLess is closing this EP really nicely with some breakbeat and an acid bassline which will be really effective on any dancefloor.
